About this experience

AlMuraba Palace Tour AlMuraba Palace was commissioned by King Abdulaziz in 1936 and stands as one of the finest surviving examples of traditional Najdi architecture in Riyadh. Built from mud brick and palm wood, the palace reflects the building traditions of central Arabia before the oil era transformed the Kingdom. This focused half-day tour covers the palace itself, the surrounding historic district with its restored traditional houses, and the adjacent National Museum which traces the full arc of Arabian history across eight galleries. Ideal for travelers who want to understand Riyadh before the skyscrapers.
